Rice Laddoos /Ariyunda

Rice Laddoos/ Kerala Ariyunda is a traditional snack very popular in God’s Own Country. This recipe has been shared by my friend Sudha.

  1. Dry roast rice in a bid pan till it turns golden to dark brown. Blend it to fine powder in a blender.
  2. In a pan, melt the jaggery using a little water. Add grated coconut to this. Add cashew nuts and mix well. Add powdered rice to this and make small balls. Kerala Ariyunda can be stored and kept for long days
