- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons
- Peppercorns
- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder
- 1 large
- Onion
- 2 Tablespoons
- Ginger and Garlic paste
- 1 Tsps
- Garam masala
- 2 Tablespoons
- Oil
- 1 medium
- Lemon
- 1 tsp
- Cumin
- 6 medium
- Green chilies

Spicy and Tasty
- 1.Grind together the peppercorns, green chillies, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, salt, cumin seeds together with the coriander
- 2.Heat some oil and saute the onions and grind that together with the coriander paste 3. Add more oil to the saute pan and add all the green paste and cook till the raw smell disappears Add the meat and fry this nicely 4. Add some water, cover and cook for 60 mins on the lowest flame 5 .Stir frequently and add salt as required
- 6. Add the garam masala powder, lemon juice and serve this hot with parathas or rice
