Ginger and Garlic paste – quick and easy.
Ginger garlic paste is one of the most basic essentials of Indian cooking. With the quantity that I have suggested you would get approximately 2 cups of ginger and garlic paste.
- Wash and peel the skin of ginger. Peel the garlics.
- Add ginger, garlic and spices to a blender jar along with water. Blend well until smooth.
- Transfer the ginger garlic paste to a clean dry glass. Use a air tight jar. Refrigerate ginger garlic paste up to a month or 6 months in a freezer.
