A delicious and super fluffy dinner rolls to enjoy your meal
- In a bowl, whisk yeast, sugar, and milk.Set aside to proof for 15 minutes. Pour in melted and cooled butter.Add flour and egg yolks. Add salt and stir with a spatula until the dough comes together. Knead the dough inside a bowl for 5 minutes.Cover and let the dough raise for 2 hours. Cut the dough into 8 pieces
- Knead each piece until you have a smooth ball. Place the balls into a greased baking dish. Cover them with an oiled plastic foil and let them raise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Brush the buns with beat egg whites. (Optional sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds and chia seeds)Bake the buns for 25 minutes or until golden and the inserted toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature.
