- Yoghurt
- 1 table spoon
- Cumin
- 1 tsp
- Garam masala
- 1 table spoon
- Coriander powder
- 2 Tsps
- Ginger and Garlic paste
- 4 Tablespoons
- Corn Flour
- 4 Tablespoons
- Refined Flour
- 1 large
- Egg
- 2 Tablespoons
- Chilli powder
- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder
- 1 Lt
- Oil for frying
- 1 to taste
- Salt

Chicken kebabs are so simple to make, they are basically marinaded chicken and cooked through
- Mix the marinate ingredients together well in a large bowl (other then Chicken & Oil).Add the chicken piece and marinade for at least 30 minutes or even better, overnight. (Cover with cling film and put in the fridge.)
- Deep fry them in hot oil until crisp
