All in One Fruit Cake – Boiled

Boiled All in One Fruit Cake, simplicity at its best.

  1. Set oven to 325°F /160 C / Gas 3. Grease and base line a 2 lb (900g) loaf tin is about 21 cm long.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.
  3. Put into the tin and bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean, Leave in the tin to cool
